Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing business analysis and solutions delivery, ensuring that business needs are met efficiently and effectively.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities :
Business Analysis : Conduct thorough business analysis to understand business requirements and develop clear specifications.
User Requirement Scoping : Conduct user requirement analysis, including functional and non-functional requirements.
Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams to assess feasibility and propose solutions.
Functional Design : Deliver functional design, including workflow analysis and interface mapping.
Training : Plan and conduct training for end users and internal support teams.
Deployment Verification : Support post-production deployment verification.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need :

Experience : Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Consulting or IT system implementation.

Leadership : 2–5 years in a leadership position managing business analysts or cross-functional teams.

Skills : Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support, and Application Support.

Communication : Excellent analytical skills and good communication and writing skills.

Adaptability : Self-motivated and able to adapt quickly to new technologies.
