Job Description

Project Management & Business Analysis

  • Analyse project feasibility, risks, costs, and success factors with business and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop project proposals including objectives, resources, milestones, schedules, and costs.
  • Create detailed project plans by breaking work into sub-projects, tasks, and deliverables.
  • Establish project governance, define scope, manage budget, risks, and time-lines.
  • Organise project teams, manage stakeholders, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
  • Lead SIT / UAT checkpoints, requirements walkthroughs, and solution walkthroughs, ensuring quality assurance and acceptance.
  • Manage change requests, assess impacts, and resolve scope variances through governance processes.
  • Oversee roll-out, go-live, and smooth transition to Operations.
  • Define vision, strategy, and product life-cycle for digital solutions; design journeys, prioritise features, and incorporate user feedback.
  • Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
  • Mitigate risks proactively and ensure predictable delivery.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing for new modules and functionalities.
  • The Successful Applicant

    A successful Project Manager / Business Analyst should have :

  • Atleast 10+ years of IT experience in Project Management & Business Analyst in running Hybrid / Agile projects
  • Hands on experience in user stories
  • Experience in channels (E-banking, wealth management) or order management systems, Client touch applications (statements, client on-boarding journey, statements) is good to have
  • Proven experience in successful delivery of major projects, on time and with quality and within matrix team structures
  • Experience in stakeholder management running projects STCs
  • Experience in managing project financials (forecast v actual)
  • Good understanding of technology trends in banking industry
  • Working experience of SDLC and Agile methodology
  • Domain expertise across wealth management or private banking functional domain is good to have
  • Good understanding of business processes, process design, and process re-engineering, in the areas of online trading across asset classes & digital channels
  • Experience with product discovery and delivery concepts on understanding user needs, identify opportunities and demonstrate successful, impactful delivery
