At least 5 years in a senior leadership design role (e.g., Director / Head of Product Design, Head of UI / UX). Proven expertise in building and scaling design orgs & systems, leading user research initiatives, and a portfolio showcasing best‑in‑class product design. Experience in B2C fintech, particularly wealth or investment technology, is a bonus. Experience reporting to and partnering directly with C‑level / VP-level leadership to shape business strategy. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Architect the user experience : Create and scale a cohesive, global design system that ensures a seamless and synergistic platform experience, delighting users and driving deep engagement across our entire suite of products.
- Translate the Product Vision : Own the end-to-end design strategy and execution, transforming multi‑year product roadmaps into a clear and compelling design vision that directly supports Syfe's journey to market leadership.
- Drive Design Innovation : Look beyond the horizon to identify new opportunities in user experience and interaction, and experiment with original, ambitious design concepts.
- Lead & Inspire : Hire, mentor, and grow a high‑performing team of product designers and UX researchers, fostering a culture of ownership, customer obsession, and design excellence.
- Scale Across APAC : Lead the evolution and adaptation of our user experience for existing markets in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Australia, navigating diverse regulatory, cultural, and competitive landscapes.
- Be the Voice of the User : Act as a key strategic partner to Product and Engineering leaders, ensuring the user's perspective is powerfully integrated across the entire product development lifecycle.
