Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Implement BIM Strategy : Create and implement the overall BIM strategy and standards for the organization and specific projects.
• Manage BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) : Oversee the development and maintenance of BEPs to define BIM processes, roles, and deliverables.
• Software and Data Management : Manage and maintain BIM software, data, and the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure information exchange is efficient and secure.
• Model Coordination and Compliance : Coordinate the creation of digital models, review them for accuracy, and ensure they meet technical, regulatory, and project requirements.
• Team Leadership & Training : Lead and mentor BIM teams, provide training and support to project staff, and promote a culture of digital collaboration.
• Stakeholder Communication : Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, using BIM as a central platform.
• Quality Assurance : Monitor BIM deliverables, ensure adherence to standards, and identify opportunities to improve BIM workflows.
• Technology Research : Stay updated on the latest BIM software and technologies, evaluating and recommending new tools to enhance productivity.
