Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide professional hair services including cutting, wash & blow, coloring / highlighting, and hair & scalp treatments.
• Conduct hair and scalp analysis, and introduce suitable products and services to clients.
• Explain treatment processes and demonstrate product features and benefits clearly to clients.
• Recommend and assist clients in selecting the most suitable retail products and services for their hair and scalp care needs.
• Deliver excellent customer service with professionalism and care, building lasting client relationships.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
