Sales Assistant (Full-Time)

📍 Location : Rooma, 315 Outram Road, Tan Boon Liat Building, #13-01 / 02 / 03 / 04, Singapore 169074

🕒 Working Hours : 6 days a week (Retail hours – weekends required)

💰 Salary : Based on experience + sales commission

Role Overview :

As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be part of our front-line team—helping customers find the right furniture for their homes, assisting in showroom operations, and supporting our sales team with quotations and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist customers in the showroom with product information and recommendations
• Prepare quotations and sales invoices
• Follow up on customer inquiries via WhatsApp and email
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams for delivery scheduling
• Maintain showroom presentation and product tagging
• Support marketing content (optional – if comfortable on camera or assisting shoots)
