Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)

Job Description

Handle feedback and service requests promptly.

Oversee daily operations and maintenance to keep the mall running smoothly.

Assist the Operations Manager with budgeting, maintenance contracts, and expense control.

Conduct regular inspections of common areas and building surroundings, and ensure follow-up on maintenance work.

Coordinate tenant fit-out works and supervise contractors to ensure quality and safety.

Lead technicians and manage vendors to maintain high service standards.

Liaise with government agencies and internal teams on all mall management and maintenance matters.

Ensure all facilities meet statutory, safety, and environmental requirements.

Prepare maintenance and incident reports accurately and on time.

Be part of the Emergency Response Team (e.g., Site Incident Controller, First Aider).

Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) activities, including permit approvals, risk assessments, and safety checks.

Any other duties assigned

Job Requirement

Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) / Real Estate / Facilities / Building / Estate Management

Experience in facility management in shopping mall or retail environment will be an added advantage
