Chiropractic Clinic Assistant

Reform Chiropractic in Serangoon is looking for a friendly, motivated individual to join our team. Our clinic hours are Tuesday 2pm - 7pm, Wednesday to Friday 9am - 7pm (with a lunch break from 1pm - 3pm), and Saturday 9am - 1pm. Assistants are required to arrive 30 minutes before opening to help clean and prepare the clinic for the day.

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with patients to handle inquiries, manage bookings, and schedule appointments efficiently
• Operate the chiropractic front desk system to schedule appointments and process invoicing accurately
• Maintain clinic cleanliness by vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning the washroom on a rotating schedule with staff
• Support doctors by managing patient flow smoothly during clinic hours
• Teach patients simple exercises such as stretching and foam rolling to support their health and recovery, using training provided
• Prepare patients for treatment by setting up traction machines or blocks as directed

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Previous experience in chiropractic or pain management clinics to enhance patient support
• Knowledge of exercises related to health and well-being, including stretching and foam rolling
• Friendly and approachable communication style to create a welcoming environment
• Willingness to learn new skills and clinic procedures
• Interest in general health and well-being to engage effectively with patients
• Proficiency with technology to manage scheduling and invoicing systems
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus due to the local community language context
