AutoCAD Draftsman / BIM Modeller

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for candidates experienced in the production of structural and architectural shop drawings. Candidates will be required to use current and existing AutoCAD and REVIT softwares to produce shop drawings, coordination, integration of architectural and engineering drawings and 3D Modelling.

• At least a Professional certiicate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Drafting, or equivalent
• Ability to construct and edit existing 3D models using Revit software
• Good familiarity with the use of Autodesk softwares to produce architectural/structural/M&E shop drawings
• Preferably with experience in producing concrete body plan, reflected ceiling plans and detail finishings
• Required Skill - AutoCAD, REVIT
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience
• Preferably with prior experience in the construction/building industry
• BIM knowledge will benefit the application
