Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Transaction Management Specialist to cover maternity leave. The role supports the loan lifecycle (syndicated and bilateral loans), including closing, servicing, onboarding, and documentation. You will work with business, credit risk, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution, compliance, and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support loan origination and full lifecycle management (corporate, commercial, real estate, structured, trade).
  • Coordinate loan closings, lifecycle events, and documentation.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders (front office, credit, ops, legal).
  • Maintain data quality, process controls, and regulatory compliance.
  • Troubleshoot, perform quality checks, and support system testing / migration.
  • Manage pipeline of loan transactions.

Requirements :

  • 5+ years’ experience in wholesale lending (syndicated / bilateral loans).
  • Knowledge of loan documentation, deal structures, funding mechanics.
  • Strong MS Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, strong time management and multitasking ability.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards for lending.
  • (Advantage) Familiarity with Tableau or data visualization tools.
