Mobile Nurse

This is a full-time permanent position - office hours of 5.5 days per week with a renowned health care provider.

Responsibilities

• Fulfil daily appointments around Singapore to administer patient care in their homes
• Be the Point-of-contact between the company and the patients
• Administer care according to the patient's treatment plan
• Provide accurate evaluations and reports
• Maintain patient documentation and records
• Other adhoc duties as required

Requirements

• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Familiar with vaccinations
• Comfortable traveling to patient homes (Transport with driver provided)
• Registered under SNB
• Strong desire to learn and grow
