Senior Operations Manager

Job descriptionLeading and motivating team members to achieve their full potential and meet performance goals. Organizing and delegating tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring the team's work aligns with organizational objectives. Evaluating employee performance, providing constructive feedback, and identifying areas for improvement. Onboarding new employees, providing ongoing training, and supporting career growth within the organization. Effectively communicating information from upper management to the team and relaying team feedback to management. Identifying and addressing workplace challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive work environment. Ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations. Preparing and submitting performance reports, tracking team progress, and communicating relevant information to senior management. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or similar role. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
