Substance is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Intern - Web Developer to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced business leader with and designers to create engaging web solutions. This role is ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their careers in web development while contributing to real-world projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications.
  • Support the team in designing, coding, and testing websites and web applications.
  • Collaborate with designers and business owner to implement user-friendly interfaces and ensure optimal user experience.
  • Participate in debugging and troubleshooting website issues to provide efficient solutions.
  • Contribute to code reviews and learn best practices for clean and maintainable coding.
  • Stay updated with emerging web technologies and trends to leverage in projects.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Computer Science, Web Development, or a similar field.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks and libraries (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • Good communication skills and a willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous internship experience or personal projects related to web development would be an advantage.
