Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Business Development team in its regular functions towards executing the organisation's strategic goals.
• Prepare and compile ship operating budget proposals for existing and new clients in liaison with various departments.
• Carry out periodical customer surveys and market analysis.
• Correspond with customers and other stakeholders.
• Manage all relevant documentation related to the department ( e.g. Maintain ship management contracts and agreements ).
• Monitor the department's outstanding projects in coordination with the other team members.
• Perform ad hoc duties as and when necessary.
