Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Modern Shopping Mall right across Somerset MRT

Work days : 5 days work week = 3 weekdays (9.30am – 7.30pm) + Saturday, Sunday (10am – 7pm)

This role requires a mature and reliable individual who takes pride in their work, handles responsibilities with professionalism, and contributes positively to the team and clinic environment.

Your Key Responsibilities are :

1. Sales & Service Consultation (Primary Focus)

  • Recommend suitable treatment packages and wellness products based on patient needs and clinic offerings.
  • Maintain great understanding of therapy benefits to confidently present and close treatment plans.
  • Provide clear advice to build trust and long-term patient relationships.

2. Patient Experience, Front Desk Support, Payment and Report Processing

3. Operations & Therapy Support

5. Marketing Support

  • Participate in company's marketing campaigns and community engagement events, including health talks and roadshows.
  • Work with marketing teams and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote clinic services.

    • We are interested in candidates, who are ideally :

  • Some interest in health, wellness, and patient care
  • Emotionally mature, self-motivated, and able to perform without micromanagement
  • Able to commit to weekends and work schedule as stated
  • Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-focused environments is an advantage
  • Comfortable with TCM herbal scents
  • Must be a dependable team player, pro-active and willing to step in when needed
