Team Leader (Warehouse Operations)

Working Location : Jurong Island (Company transportation provided)

Working Hours : 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.00am – 5.45pm); Ad hoc Night Shift (8.00pm – 8.00am) (Only when needed)

Salary Package :

Basic Salary up to $2,200 + Allowances + OT + Incentive + AWS + PB

Duration : Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

Assign tasks to team members based on priorities and deadlines.

Work with shift teams to plan container deliveries and delegate tasks to operations assistants.

Inform the Assistant Supervisor / Supervisor promptly about container delays or operational issues.

Coordinate and collaborate within the team and with other departments.

Support onboarding and training of new team members on warehouse processes and safety.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of warehouse safety and ability to apply best practices across the team.

Valid forklift licence.

Basic computer literacy.

Able to work independently and lead a team effectively.
