Role summary

Olea is seeking a senior full stack engineer experienced across the entire software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements to deploying in production. The candidate will engage in both front-end and back-end development within an agile environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, capable of multitasking, and a strong team player. You will lead the development of new software products and enhance existing ones, working with large-scale applications and frameworks, and demonstrating excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code.
• Develop and support software applications, database integrations, interfaces, and new functionalities.
• Understand business requirements and deliver effective technology solutions.
• Manage the full SDLC—from requirements gathering to testing and deployment.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure project alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
• Support testing and deployment of new products and features.
• Participate in code reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
