Job description10 years of experience in banking / financial services with bullion / precious metals domain expertise. Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering large-scale, cross-functional projects. Strong understanding of bullion trading, settlement, and risk management. PMP / Prince2 / Agile certification preferred. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Familiarity with treasury systems, trading platforms, and MAS regulations is an advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring Bullion Project Manager with below requirements;
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and deliver bullion-related projects across trading, operations, technology, and compliance functions.
- Partner with stakeholders (Treasury, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, IT) to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage business process reengineering for bullion operations to ensure efficiency, automation, and control.
- Oversee system implementation, integration, and testing for bullion trading and settlement platforms.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely reporting to senior management.
- Support regulatory initiatives related to MAS compliance, KYC / AML, and bullion import / export guidelines.
- Drive change management, UAT, training, and business readiness activities.
- Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and executive presentations to stakeholders.
