RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Customer Service & Operational Support

• Support front-line CSR duties such as attending to client / resident queries, phone handling, reception duties, and general administrative support.
• Assist with the coordination and documentation of logistics or service activities at the centre.
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain a helpful and professional demeanor when dealing with clients, visitors, and team members.

2. Driving & Transport Duties (Backup Driver)

Working Hours

Under normal circumstances the hours of duty will be as follows :

8.00am to 5.15pm (Monday - Friday, 45 minutes lunch break inclusive)

or

8.30am to 5.45pm (Monday- Friday, 45 minutes lunch break inclusive)
