Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role

Our client, a well-established builder and developer specializing in landed residential properties across Singapore, is seeking a Project Coordinator to support and integrate the construction process on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate subcontractors and track construction progress for timely completion.
  • Review architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
  • Source and evaluate quotations; assist in subcontractor / vendor selection.
  • Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.
  • Conduct site inspections and manage progress claims and variation orders.
  • Support the Project Manager with planning and execution.
  • Ensure safety compliance and good housekeeping on site.
  • Handle project-related administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in landed residential construction, contract administration, and claim certification is a plus.
  • Ability to read construction drawings and manage multiple sites independently.
  • Own transport preferred (allowance provided); otherwise, transport arranged.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in a team environment.
