Job descriptionMaintain a preventive maintenance program for all production equipment and plant facilities. Fabricate jigs and fixtures to support and enhance manufacturing processes. Respond to and follow up on repair requests from other departments within the organization. Log and track maintenance work orders, TPM downtime, compressor operation hours, hot work permits, equipment checklists, and related records. Perform daily start-up of production and facilities machinery. Maintain and service facilities systems, including air-conditioning, sprinkler protection, plumbing, power, and lighting. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance and TPM activities. Conduct weekly Single Point Training sessions for production operators. NITEC / NTC in Electrical or Mechanical Technology. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Prior experience in repair, troubleshooting, servicing production machinery and equipment in manufacturing environment Willing to work overtime
