Job descriptionAble to start work immediately Import and export experience is preferred. Class 3 license is an advantage but not required Minimum 3 years working experience in an International Freight Forwarding Company We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking customer Entry level are welcome to apply Good knowledge of handling airfreight shipments and the related documentation Be pro-active Customer-oriented and problem solving Able to work independently as well as being a good team player PC literate in MS Office Applications and Customs Applications Training will be provided Co-ordinate all shipment operations with overseas offices and local contractors To keep customers and all parties promptly informed on shipment progress Handling and processing of all shipping documentation Customs declarations Data entry of shipment details, invoices, etc. into the in-house operations system Other related operational duties as required

- Willing to working in Changi Airfreight Centre.
