Roles & Responsibilities
The Planning Engineer is responsible for the planning, scheduling, development of sub-programs / tracking programs for construction operations.
Description
- To be involved in the development and control of Project Work Schedule, such as building works, Structure works, M&E and Process Systems from concept design to construction / installation to testing and commissioning
- To calculate / estimate the duration of each significant construction activity and the resource requirements
- To prepare technical submissions for all tender submissions
- To be involved in site planning, work schedule and monitoring site implementation progress
- To handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned
- Adherence to safety practices in the work place.
- Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team / department.
Requirements
Education : Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management from a recognized UniversityExperience : Minimum 5 years of experience in building projectProficient in Microsoft ProjectTell employers what skills you have
