Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage walk-in customers, introducing them to our platform and services.
Assist customers with account opening, app navigation, and basic troubleshooting.
Educate customers about investment tools, promotions, and features available our platform.
Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs.
Support marketing campaigns, events, and in-store activities to drive customer acquisition and retention.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
Maintain the retail space to ensure a professional and engaging customer experience.

Requirements

Previous customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Flexibility to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
