The role of an HR Assistant Manager involves overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. This includes providing solutions where needed and implementing strategic talent management plans.
This individual will work closely with recruiters and hiring partners / managers to ensure the right resources are in place.
Responsibilities include running regular and ad-hoc reports for monthly HR reporting, supporting annual HR deliverables on performance management, claims management, and other tasks.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the industry.
Familiarity with employment laws is also required.
