Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title : Regional Sales Manager – Data Center Segment

Location : Southeast Asia (Singapore-based preferred)

Industry : Water Technology / Infrastructure Solutions

Employment Type : Full-Time

Overview :

A leading global manufacturer of water-related technologies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive growth within the data center segment across Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for a commercially driven individual with deep knowledge of the data center ecosystem and a proven ability to operate in agile, small-team environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute a regional sales (SEA) strategy focused on the data center vertical.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise data center operators.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including consultants, contractors, facility managers, and procurement teams.
  • Collaborate with internal product, engineering, and marketing teams to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in the data center or infrastructure technology space.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations, cooling systems, and sustainability drivers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a lean, entrepreneurial setup.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Regional experience across Southeast Asia is highly desirable.
  • Technical background or familiarity with HVAC solutions.
