Responsibilities

Monitor and incorporate changes in aged care training and education across community services, government bodies, and inter-organisational partnerships.

Work collaboratively with nurses, allied health professionals, physicians, and quality service teams to assess learning gaps and identify training needs among clinical staff.

Conduct regular evaluations and updates of nursing procedures, clinical protocols, and practice guidelines to maintain compliance with regulatory clinical care standards.

Engage in ongoing discussions with clinical staff to review and refine educational programs and training workshops.

Stay informed about advancements in nursing and clinical practices by consulting evidence-based literature and current research.
