Roles & Responsibilities

Customer Service Officer

Central Singapore

We are partnering with a well-established client in the beauty and wellness sector who is expanding their team. They are seeking a motivated Customer Service Officer to deliver excellent client experiences, support daily operations, and drive sales through relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and engage walk-in and returning clients, ensuring they feel valued and well taken care of.
  • Recommend suitable treatments and products, sharing promotions to encourage bookings and repeat visits.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, payment processes, and provide efficient follow-up to drive client loyalty.
  • Support smooth daily operations, maintaining a clean and inviting environment.
  • Handle cashiering duties, petty cash, and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in beauty, wellness, or healthcare.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with a diverse client base.
  • Strong sales and service orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, reliable, and driven to achieve results.
