Responsibilities :
Team & Operations Management
- Supervise a team of technicians, technical officers, and supervisors.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Report directly to the Site Manager.
Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with clients, users, and internal teams to ensure seamless daily operations.Provide technical guidance and maintain high service standards.Vendor & Project Oversight
Manage maintenance, repair, replacement, and upgrading works from initiation to completion.Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely delivery.Technical Expertise
Oversee general building works including waterproofing, flooring, ceilings, roads, and drainage.Manage plumbing and sanitary systems such as water tanks, pumps, ejectors, and centralized hot water systems.Compliance & Quality Assurance
Conduct water sampling and ensure compliance with PUB water quality standards.Ensure all works adhere to local codes of practice and safety regulations.Budgeting & Cost Estimation
Prepare quotations using standard Schedule of Rates (SOR).Develop OPEX and CAPEX budgets for repair, replacement, and upgrade works.Documentation & Reporting
Draft technical specifications for ITQ and RFP submissions.Prepare incident reports with root cause analysis and corrective action plans.Requirements :
Degree in Building, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or facilities management.Strong knowledge of civil, plumbing, and sanitary systems.Familiarity with local codes, PUB guidelines, and statutory compliance.Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.Safety-conscious with a proactive approach to incident management.Tell employers what skills you have
