Job responsibilities
- Good knowledge of beauty & wellness treatments and products (skincare)
- Provide professional skincare services - facial services to customers
- Provide professional consultation / advices to customers on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
- Handle customers enquiries with care and patience
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, ensuring all tools and equipment and supplies are sanitised and readily available for use
- Cross selling beauty therapies and products
