IT Operations Leader

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Operations Leader to spearhead our Managed Services Operations. This role combines technical expertise, team management, and strategic planning to ensure the reliability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure.

The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end technical operations, including infrastructure management, system administration, and managed services. They will ensure high levels of reliability, availability, and performance of IT systems and services, monitor key operational metrics, proactively resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.

• Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and learning.
• Develop and execute strategies to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs, aligning technical operations with business goals through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Implement and regularly test disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations through regular audits and corrective actions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a leadership role in IT operations, with strong technical knowledge in Virtualization, Storage, Backup, and Containers. They will possess excellent leadership, people management, and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
