Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Great and attend to visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
- Handle phone calls and follow up on enquiries promptly and in a professional manner
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Handle and coordinate with drivers for delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Planning and coordination of company events (Annual Dinner, teambuilding, overseas trip)
- Handle MOM work passes (Application, renewal, cancellation, transfer)
- Serve as the primary contact for all employee queries and HR-related matters
- Update the Leave record
- Manage and develop the learning and development programs
- Process Government-paid leave application / claims, NS Claim, Levy Claim, materity Claim etc
- Maintains staff training records and assists in training administration (course registration, payment, submission for subsidies, etc)
- Manage employee welfare and arrange wellness programme (Health check-up programme, sports activity)
- Any other ad-hoc admin / HR duties assigned
Requirements :
Min Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) or equivalentAt least 3 years of working experience in ConstructionGood interpersonal and communication skills with all levelsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environmentProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointTell employers what skills you have
