Job Description
Manage and prepare the annual manpower budgeting exerciseReview and spearhead innovative C&B projectsProvide technical expertise in salary benchmarking and job gradingOversee annual cycles including talent review, salary review, bonus exercises, and discuss plansConduct regular market benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packagesAnalyze market trends, benchmark data, and employee feedback to refine benefits offeringsAdvise managers on compensation structures, incentives, and benefits policiesManage the administration of employee benefits programs (health insurance, provident fund, wellness initiatives, etc.)Handle HRIS implementation from a C&B perspectivePrepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to manage decision-making and process improvementsDevelop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track KPIs related to compensation, benefits, and HRIS usageThe Successful Applicant
Has 10 years of Compensation & Benefits in house experienceExperience within the leisure, travel & tourism industry is advantageous.Regional exposure would be a plusExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data effectively.Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in Singapore.Strong business acumens and stakeholder management abilities.A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.Experience in managing HRIS implementation or process improvement would be a plusProficient in MS Office, HRIS such as DarwinboxWhat's on Offer
