Roles & Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing details on airfreight services, pricing, schedules, and documentation requirements.
- Coordinating with internal departments to facilitate the efficient and timely handling of airfreight shipments.
- Assisting customers with booking shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking cargo in transit.
- Addressing and resolving customer concerns, disputes, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensuring compliance with airfreight regulations and customs procedures.
- Promptly updating event milestones to maintain accurate shipment tracking.
- Maintaining precise records of customer interactions, transactions, and shipment details.
- Working closely with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance service quality.
- Keeping customers informed about any delays, schedule changes, or issues impacting their shipments.
