Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • To provide application and business processes consultancy expertise in SAP Business One
  • Provide project implementation and post-live support
  • Involve in pre-sales activities, gap analysis, including solution proposition, demo setup and conduct demonstrations and proposal write up
  • Analysis, design and provide solution to meet customer requirements
  • Produce the necessary documentation in compliance with quality system
  • Manage customer's expectation and satisfaction in projects
  • Work with or provided guidance to team members in delivering the project
  • Report to Manager on project status promptly
  • Provide solution build, test and deploy with the necessary project deliverables timely and successfully
  • Provide solutions for pre-sales activities, when required
  • Perform application design activities (e.g., writing functional designs)
  • Oversight of solution build, test and deployment activities
  • Conduct application training for customers and provide appropriate documentation
  • Develop and demonstrate a high level of ethics, care for the client and customers that meet or exceed expectations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as an SAP Business One Functional Consultant or in a similar ERP consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of core SAP Business One modules (Finance, Logistics, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in SAP B1 implementation, configuration, and support.
  • Knowledge of SQL queries, Crystal Reports, JET Report and integration tools is a plus.
  • Experience in full project lifecycle implementations preferred.
  • SAP Business One certification preferred
  • Strong business process knowledge in Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions.
  • Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
