Roles & Responsibilities
Our client is European MNC in Machinery Manufacturing. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Procurement and Logistics Coordinator to be part of their Team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West Area.
Job Responsibilities :
- Prepare and manage shipping, import, and export documentation (e.g., invoices, packing lists, delivery orders) in accordance with Incoterms 2020.
- Coordinate the logistics and transportation of goods with internal teams and external forwarders to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery.
- Communicate with customers, suppliers, and logistics partners to monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time performance.
- Provide administrative support for procurement activities, including raising purchase orders, maintaining procurement records, and ensuring compliance with Gate 4 process requirements.
- Assist in vendor qualification and approval processes, keeping the vendor master list in SAP and / or Business Central up to date.
- Track and expedite orders, follow up with vendors, and address any delivery or quality issues promptly.
- Ensure procurement and logistics activities adhere to company policies, client requirements, and ISO / BC standards.
Requirements :
