Brand Ambassador
Position Overview :
The Brand Ambassador, Core duties include membership and personal training sales, lead generation through various activities and promoting the Anytime Fitness brand. You'll embody the spirit of our fitness community while driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Membership Sales : Proactively connect with leads and guide them to enroll by choosing the right membership option for their needs.
- Sales Targets : Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the club's success.
- Lead Generation : Implement effective lead generation strategies, including outreach, follow-ups, and networking, to drive membership sales and brand recognition.
- Represent the Anytime Fitness brand with enthusiasm and authenticity, both online and in person, by creating and sharing compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Customer Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with members, providing ongoing support and motivation to help them achieve their fitness goals.
- Product Knowledge : Stay well-informed about the club's programs, equipment, and services to effectively communicate their value to potential members.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with club management and marketing teams to coordinate sales efforts and promotional activities.
- Administrative Tasks : Complete necessary paperwork, contracts, and member registration processes accurately.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Results-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.Enthusiasm for fitness and a healthy lifestyle.Creativity and ability to create engaging content for social media and other promotional channels.What We Offer :

Schedule : 44 / Week, 5.5 Days
Day Shift Monday to Friday : 1200 - 2100hrs
Day Shift Saturday : 1000 - 1400
