Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Business Analyst with expertise in the Data and Finance domain.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for data-centric and financial systems.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field;
• Must have minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A);
• Business domain knowledge in banking or the financial industry;
• Must have experience in data analytics and handling large sets of financial data;
• Exceptional quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills, with the ability to translate analysis into practical solutions that align with business objectives;
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank / market;
• Must have familiarity with change management processes and basic project management principles;
• A resourceful team player with strong leadership capabilities to drive discussions and resolve challenges effectively;
• A strategic, forward-thinking approach to problem-solving, complemented by outstanding communication, influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills;
• Passionate, diligent, and resilient, with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments;
• Experience in scoping and evaluation, defining considerations such as scalability, maintainability, cost, operations, and potential risks, to provide well-informed recommendations.
