Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads platforms
- Track and analyze campaign performance metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Prepare actionable reports and share insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Use data and analytics to identify trends, diagnose issues, and recommend optimizations
- Assist and execute A / B tests for ads and landing pages to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ad creatives and copy
- Monitor and maintain account and campaign hygiene to ensure optimal performance and compliance
- Tackle campaign challenges with a structured, analytical, and problem‑solving approach
