Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales plans : Create short-term and long-term strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify market opportunities : Analyze market trends and competitor activities to find areas for growth.
  • Manage the sales pipeline : Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Recruit, train, and motivate : Hire, train, and provide ongoing guidance and coaching to sales representatives.
  • Conduct team meetings : Host regular meetings, workshops, and one-on-one sessions to foster collaboration and improve performance.
  • Prepare reports : Compile and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales activity and performance to senior management.
  • Forecast sales : Develop sales forecasts and budgets to support business planning.
  • Build customer relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address customer issues : Support the team in resolving client challenges and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Provide market feedback : Relay customer feedback and market insights to internal teams to enhance products and services.
  • Liaise with other departments : Act as a bridge between the sales team and other functions like marketing and product development.
  • Align strategies : Work with other departments to ensure consistent messaging and brand positioning.
