Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities :
- Team Management : Manage the performance evaluation and assessment of the sales team. Track and supervise team members in tasks such as financial repayment, account reconciliation, debt recovery, and related processes. Assist sales in handling and addressing customer complaints to resolve issues for clients.
- Sales Strategy Development : Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and plans, ensuring sales targets are met and market share is increased. Continuously monitor market dynamics, stay informed about competitors, and formulate response measures.
- Customer Development and Solution Provision : Proactively identify and develop new potential clients through market research and marketing activities. Fulfill customer needs and objectives by providing customized solutions to meet their fresh ingredient distribution requirements. Expand business scale, enhance brand awareness and image, and increase sales opportunities.
- Order Management and Coordination : Work with the internal supply chain team to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. Facilitate communication and collaboration among internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements :
Sales Management Experience : Possess relevant industry sales management experience, with a particular advantage in sales management within the fresh food supply chain or catering industry.Business Knowledge : Have an in-depth understanding of the fresh food supply chain and catering industry, including familiarity with the processes and requirements of ingredient distribution. Understand the business models and needs of key accounts and provide professional solutions.Communication Skills : Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients at different levels. Listen to customer needs, convey information accurately, and establish strong working relationships.Team Collaboration : Exhibit strong teamwork and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals. Effectively coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely order delivery.Business Acumen : Possess strong business insight and market analysis capabilities, with the ability to understand market trends and competitor activities. Develop effective sales strategies and plans to improve sales performance and market share.Self-Management : Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Exhibit resilience and the ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment while achieving targets.Results-Driven : Be results-oriented, with a focus on achieving tangible sales outcomes.
