Roles & Responsibilities
Duties include :
1) Assist in morning health checks; sign-in; sign-out;
2) Answering phone calls, arranging appointments and handling simple parent enquiries;
3) General documentation in relation to centre events / excursions / programmes;
4) Receiving parents / guests / visitors;
5) Prepare / submit documents for new enrolments / withdrawals;
6) Purchasing and distribution - merchandise, groceries, stationery & all cleaning products; and
7) Monitor and update inventory of merchandise, stationery & all cleaning products.
