Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Conduct efficient negotiation with Suppliers, Vendors and relevant Parties
  • Liaise with Main Contractor, Client for progress claim
  • Assist Project Manager, taken as build quantity and tender quantity
  • Monitor the claim from Main Contractor and Sub Contractor
  • Prepare the progress certification
  • Submission catalogue, technical details, brochure to Main Contractor and Client
  • Coordinate with Vendor and Site team
  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support to project department and managers
  • Other duties assigned by the Superior
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time

Job Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Electrical components and drawing
  • Have experience in the construction industry
  • Able to multitask
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
