Job descriptionServe walk-in customers and handle phone enquiries professionally. Share product knowledge and provide excellent customer service. Assist with daily store operations, including stock receiving and inventory checks. Maintain accurate customer records. Support the team in achieving store sales targets and customer satisfaction goal Experience in luxury watches or the pawnshop industry is an advantage. Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Sales Associate
- Working hours : 10 : 30am – 7 : 30pm
- Working day : 5 days / week, must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
- Salary : $2,500–$3,800 + commission
- Location : Orchard
