Assistant Project Manager

Join a reputable wholesale and retail trade company as an Assistant Project Manager (Landscape / Construction), based in Bedok. This permanent, full-time position offers a 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm) with a competitive package including basic salary, variable bonus, and medical benefits. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on project involvement and are passionate about landscape and construction management.

What You'll Be Doing

• Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of landscape projects from start to completion.
• Manage project resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment allocation.
• Prepare and update project documents such as RFIs, variation orders, progress claims, and final reports.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to review progress, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Assist in cost tracking, budgeting, and procurement scheduling.
• Ensure all works comply with environmental, safety, and quality regulations.
• Participate in tender preparation and other project-related administrative support.
• Carry out other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
