Roles & Responsibilities
The Brand Operations Executive is responsible for maintaining service excellence, strong product knowledge, and brand consistency at the outlet. This role bridges daily café operations with brand building — ensuring that every customer experience reflects the brand’s core values of quality, warmth, and happiness.
The position requires leadership in front-of-house (FOH) training, customer engagement, and sales performance while supporting in-store branding and product presentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Online Sales & Customer Engagement
- Train FOH staff on service quality, product knowledge and brand communication
- Conduct regular service audits and refreshers to ensure high standards
- Engage with customers to provide personalised service and collect feedback
- Identify and execute upselling or pairing opportunities to increase sales
- Manage product display, cleanliness and consistency of visual merchandising
- Supplort implementation of seasonal campaigns, festive displays, and product launches
- Monitor daily sales performance and suggest in-store improvements or activities
- Work with management to refresh menu items regularly, ensuring freshness and novelty
Job Requirements
Min 2 years' experience in cafe, F&B or retail operationsStrong passion for service excellence and hospitalityAble to train and motivate staff to deliver consistent qualityGood communication and customer engagement skillsOrganized, proactive and detail-oriented in operations executionBasic understanding of branding, merchandising, or marketing is an advantageFlexible to work on weekends and public holidaysPositive attitude and teamwork mindsetTell employers what skills you have
