About the Job
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships and expanding sales with existing clients.
- Plan and execute sales initiatives including prospecting, client engagement, presentations, and other related activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight key features and technical advantages to potential customers.
- Offer professional technical guidance and after-sales support to ensure customers maintain high-quality performance of products supplied.
- Monitor customer trials, evaluations, and feedback on product specifications to facilitate successful procurement outcomes.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and deliver practical, effective solutions to meet their needs.
- Assess customer requirements, propose tailored solutions, and prepare quotations that balance client expectations with company profitability goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on pricing, delivery schedules, performance targets, and technical details.
- Support the entire order process — from purchase confirmation through delivery, installation, and customer handover.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering , or another relevant scientific or technical field.Minimum of two years’ experience in technical sales, ideally within the analytical or laboratory instrumentation industry.Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with confidence in engaging professionals such as laboratory heads, researchers, scientists, and technical specialists .Familiarity with CRM platforms or other sales management tools is advantageous.Please submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
