Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce activities across various online platforms
- Support and guide the e-commerce team to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfilment
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams to maintain a seamless customer experience
Product Listings & Campaigns
Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content across online marketplacesPlan and execute promotional campaigns in line with marketing strategiesMonitor performance and recommend improvements to increase visibility and salesReporting & Coordination
Track and analyse sales data to prepare regular performance reportsCollaborate with internal teams on inventory, marketing, and operations planningSuggest process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and overall performanceRequirements
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce or online retail operationsFamiliar with e-commerce platformsProficient in Microsoft OfficeDetail-oriented, organised, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and support a teamTell employers what skills you have
