Roles & Responsibilities
The Role :
- Serve as the primary support to the Sales Team, handling all administrative and organizational duties required.
- Support and coordinate with the Sales Team in daily business operations and procedures, preparation of quotations, housekeeping of documentations and dissemination of information and correspondences.
- Liaise with various departments to provide the required assistance that matches the needs, requirements and budgets.
- Keep tabs on team progression, identify and propose suggestions for improvement.
- Analyzes and study market trends and information and do a good job in the communication and communication of content information.
- Perform market activity planning, information collection and review. Analyze and file related documents, contracts and data.
- Update CRM and Data entry to SAP system.
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports where necessary.
- Manage inventory to ensure stock movement is properly recorded.
- Order processing, coordination and control.
- Assist the team in hotel and air ticket booking, petty cash checking and reimbursement.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the HOD.
What Do You Need to Have?
Candidate with ITE or Diploma in Business Administration or Business Management and / or any other related discipline.Candidate must possess at least 1 year of working experience in rendering support and coordination with Sales Team(s).Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. (Word, Power Point, Excel skills. ie. VLOOKUP, Pivot table)Good knowledge of English both oral and written.Knowledge of SAP and CRM will be an advantage.Preferably with commercial and Inside sales experience.Entry Level are welcome to apply.Tell employers what skills you have
