Clinic Assistant

who is cheerful, dependable, and committed to excellent patient service. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where initiative and professionalism are valued. Working Hours : Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday

– 8 : 30am to 1 : 00pm, 2 : 00pm to 5 : 00pm Thursday

– 10 : 30am to 1 : 00pm, 2 : 00pm to 5 : 00pm Friday

– 8 : 30am to 1 : 00pm, 2 : 00pm to 7 : 00pm Prior clinic experience is preferred as we’re looking for individuals who can confidently work independently and handle a wide range of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities : Register patients under Private, CHAS or Medisave categories Greet and assist patients professionally – including young children and elderly Mandarin-speaking patients Support doctors during health screenings, minor surgical procedures, ECGs, etc. Dispense and explain medications clearly under doctor supervision Process payments and claims Maintain clinic cleanliness and infection control Work with initiative and integrity at all times Remuneration & Progression : Probation (3 months) :

$10–$15 / hour depending on experience Post-probation :
